Here’s your chance to cast a line into a crystal clear trout stream just an hour from Nashville, TN. This 1/2 day trip begins well before sunrise with a hardy breakfast prepared by the fire and a fishing report. Once there is enough sun light to see, everyone takes their place on the river. Anticipation rising with the light mist, you will find it easy to rest, whether you catch a fish or not.

Our fly fishing guide checks on each fisherman throughout the morning, helping to retie leaders, select lures and give casting advice. Around 10am everyone meets back at the campfire for a cup of coffee and great conversation while an early lunch is being cooked. After your belly is full and soul is refreshed you will be free to head back home.

This will be your destination during this weekend adventure kayaking trip from Old Hickory Lake to Downtown Nashville. Our Pathway Guide will lead you from Old Hickory Lake, through the lock system, and on to downtown Nashville over the course of 2 1/2 days of adventure kayaking. Camping along the waters edge each night, you will experience how much wilderness exists so close to the city of Nashville.
